Housed in the East side of Singapore, Café de Nicole's Flower - a beautiful floral-themed café has transformed itself into a pink and white winter wonderland during the month of Christmas. Specializing in Korean floral arrangements and having been trained in Korea, it's no wonder that their team of florists is able to magically create this dreamy Christmas décor that looks straight out of a fairytale. The décor of vibrant white offset with delicate shades of pastel pink and silver accents along with the rose gold baubles and twinkling fairy lights whisks one right away into a snowy paradise. It is a pink Christmas come true!
The interiors of Café de Nicole's Flower also reminds me of one of my favorite cafes in Seoul - Ban Bossy
with its pastel interiors.
Step inside Café de Nicole's Flower and you will be greeted with the festive blooms hanging from above the ceilings. Loved the intricate details that went into the decorating of the Christmas trees according to the theme and also the many smaller trees that are scattered around the café. Much thought has been put into decorating and curating every corner of the café so that they are picture-worthy regardless of which seats you are being shown to.
I loved the resort style vibes from the hanging pots of greens and also the shabby chic style furnishings in the café.
Serving up an array of beautifully plated dishes with a side of fresh flowers, the Café offers a comprehensive menu of Savory Brunch Items such as the popular Sour Dough Open Toast with mushrooms/ garlic prawns/ sausages, Baked Croissants, Tortellini with Stuffings and even Skillet Baked Eggs.
Besides the usual Coffees and Teas, the Café also serves up a list of their specialty drinks that are beautifully adorned with flower petals. We ordered the Strawberry Latte - Homemade Strawberry Syrup with Steamed Milk and the Pink Lady - Lychee Puree with Rose Syrup, Lemon Juice and Soda.
Famed for its Soufflé Pancakes which is their signature dish and a definite crowd-pleaser. Nearly every table had an order of the Soufflé Pancakes. We had the Strawberry one which came with their homemade sweet cream, strawberry sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The waiting time for the pancakes was approximately 40 minutes when we were there in December, taste-wise they were pretty similar to the ones in Gram or Flippers - soft and wobbly!

As our main agenda of the day was to celebrate BTS Taehyung's Birthday in the month of December, we ordered mostly items with Strawberries (Taehyung's favorite). We had a fun time decorating as we 'organised' our own mini fan celebration event. Feeling accomplished that our setup was aesthetically beautiful against the cafe's stunning backdrop.
Loved the little pots of plants located in the corners of the café. Tata and RJ had a pleasant time visiting the pretty spots at Café de Nicole's Flower too.
As part of the Cafe's space, Nicole's Flower shop is located within it where you can shop for fresh handpicked blooms. You may request for a tailor-made bouquet for your loved ones, pick an extravagant arrangement or get one of those pastel dyed feathery blooms which are my favorites and commonly found in many cafes in Korea. Keeping on top of trends with its fresh blooms, the flower corner is always ablaze with vibrant colors.
There are also outdoor seatings at Café de Nicole's Flower. If you are early enough to bag a seat indoors during seasons where the café has a thematic décor like the one for Christmas, I would highly recommend you get in the queue early or make a reservation during weekdays (they do not accept reservations on weekends and on PHs).
Love the rustic feel of this huge wreath of mistletoe. It feels super Christmassy and makes you feel like you are in a part of Europe with its Christmas vibes.
Café de Nicole's Flower is a haven for flower lovers. Even if you are not crazy over flowers, you will be able to enjoy a slice of being 'overseas' however fleeting the feeling may be.
Grab your girlfriends and unwind over a leisurely brunch or an afternoon tea session at Café de Nicole's Flower. Go for the Soufflé Pancakes, and while you are waiting for them to be served, soak in the show-stopping visuals of the café and take lots of photos for memories. The ambience alone makes advance planning worth it.
Good news too for those with furry friends, the Café is pet-friendly!
