This corner coffeehouse is located in the popular Lavender neighbourhood buzzing with cafes and little cake finds. Apartment Coffee dedicates itself to sharing the joy of an exceptional coffee experience and is worth a visit when you are cafe hopping in the area.
Combining its laid-back neighbourhood vibes with its on point decor - brightly lit all-white interior, wooden furnishings, clean and minimalist set-up with pots of greens - Apartment Coffee is reminiscent of stepping into a friend's house with relaxing homely vibes.
Take your pick from the large sharing counter table to watch the baristas in action, or sink into their cosier sofa seats or by the windowsills.
We were there after lunch on a weekday and even then the coffee studio wasn't as quiet as expected. Previously we did we not manage to get a seat during the weekends as there was a long queue outside, with people lining up under the scorching heat. Do go early to avoid the crowds.
Apartment Coffee offers a small menu of filtered coffees (with a regular change in its selection line-up) with prices ranging from $5.50 - $7 per cup, as well as a chosen blend that is served as coffee with milk. We had the 'Tanzania Kubwa Tano' blend with notes of raisin, dried fruits and sweet chocolate with milk (my friend opted for the Oatly milk - addition of $1). The coffee was robust, aromatic and not overly acidic just the way I like my coffee. Do note that Apartment Coffee does not serve food on its menu.
The latte art was perfect even to the last few mouthfuls!

The coffees are sourced with dedication to providing the highest quality, before carefully roasted to highlight their terroir characteristics.
